Project objectives • Develop an employer consultation tool • Test the tool with employers • Design productive guidance and scripts to ensure a consistent approach • Carry out 50 interviews with Bournemouth & Poole employers Project team A partnership of 7 College and Training Provider members of the Dorset and Somerset Training Provider Network
The consultation tool Tool based on an ONA model and designed to explore with employers the employment and training of young people and the impact of RPA
