CITI Registration Guide From the Participating Institutions drop down menu select “Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine”
CITI Registration Guide Create your Username and Password by following the directions on the page. Your username will be you VCOM identification name or “everything before the @ of your email address. Additional numbers or characters may be required to make it work. Continue by completing the Security Question and Answer.
CITI Registration Guide Enter your name as it appears on school records. Enter your VCOM email address. A secondary email address is optional.
CITI Registration Guide CME/CEU credits – select NO. Students will receive class credit for successful course completion. Leave this area blank. Indicate your preference as to whether the Program may contact you for a course survey. Finish by clicking the SUBMIT button.
CITI Registration Guide You are now a registered user! Verify your name and email address are correct. Edit here if corrections are needed.
CITI Registration Guide Under “My Courses” is the Protection of Human Research Subjects course. Click Enter to begin.
CITI Registration Guide Start by completing The Integrity Assurance Statement, then work through the required modules.
CITI Registration Guide Once a module is finished, the date completed and score will post automatically. You can view the module again and retake a test if needed. Remember a combined score of 80 or above for the course is required for credit.
CITI Registration Guide Once finished, your status will update to “Passed” and show the date completed. You can now print a Completion Report (example shown on next slide).
CITI Registration Guide Save a copy of the Completion Report for your records. The CITI program administrator will provide your research lab manager or course instructor a completion report.
