IDS Rehab/Resale Housing Initiative • Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) • HUD stabilizing communities grant • Purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed properties for the purpose of re-selling to eligible income borrowers up to 120% AMI • Various neighborhoods in the City of Jackson • 47 properties purchased in capitol city limits -22 properties ready for occupancy • www.idsnspjackson.com
