IDS Housing Initiatives • Current housing initiatives for people with disabilities • MDA Homebuyer Assistance Program (HOME) • Delta Initiative (HOME) • FHLB (BancorpSouth and BankPlus) AHP • City of Jackson Partnership Initiative (HOME) • MHC HomeSaver (contract for foreclosure prevention - persons with/without disabilities)

IDS Rehab/Resale Housing Initiative • Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) • HUD stabilizing communities grant • Purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed properties for the purpose of re-selling to eligible income borrowers up to 120% AMI • Various neighborhoods in the City of Jackson • 47 properties purchased in capitol city limits -22 properties ready for occupancy • www.idsnspjackson.com
