  2. Paragraph 1 • Greg is nervous because it is Christmas season and Greg wants to know if he is on Santa’s naughty or nice list he find out his mother has a toy that is an Elf that goes and tells Santa what he is up to.

  3. Paragraph 2 • Soon a blizzard arrives Greg, Rodrick, Manny and there mom are snowed in dad is unable to come home because the roads are closed so he stays in a hotel all by himself Rodrick and Greg have to take care of Manny because mom got her glasses crushed by Manny the basement and many photos and scrap books are destroyed soon the Heffleys start running out of food and there power is out

  4. Paragraph 3 • Soon Rowley comes over to bring over some Christmas cookies Greg asked if there power is out to he looks at him and said no Greg sees his power switch is turned off except Manny’s room Manny admits he does it because no one taught him how to tie his shoes.

  5. Paragraph 4 • Greg’s dad is able to come home on Christmas eve which mom calls it a Christmas miracle earlier in the story Greg and Rowley got in trouble for vandalizing school property the police are knocking on the door and Greg thinks he is in trouble for that incident but they only came because of a toy drive.

  6. Paragraph 5 • Greg shows up at the police station and shovels the pavement in order to find money but he is credited in the newspaper a local hero with the title The neighbor hood Tattler.
