  5. Challenges • How to make it accessible • Don’t want to increase workloads • Getting organisations to come on board

Policies & Procedures • Needed to develop policies to provide guidelines how items could be borrowed. • Borrowers have to sign up and agree to a range of Terms and Conditions returned. • If the item has been lost or damaged the organisation will take responsibility for the cost of replacement or repairs to items borrowed by the individual. • Users are responsible for making their own arrangements to pick up and return borrowed items
