Day - 01 Pre - lunch session – • Visit to Village Panchayat office • Introductory Session with Sarpanch, Panchayat Members, Village Secretary etc. • Introduction of day to day working of Village Panchayat Post - lunch session – • To make a village visit (GAON PHERI) • Discussion with Eminnent personalities in village • Visit to Hamlets/Habitations in the village

  5. Day - 02 Visit to various Govt. Institutions/ offices in the village - Pre - lunch session – • Visit to Anganwadi, Sub-centre/Primary Health Centre, Veterinary Sub Centre and discussion with employees and Stake Holders, Post - lunch session – • Visit to school/high school/Junior College, Cooperative societies, District Cooperative Bank. conversation with officials and stake holders

  6. Day - 03 Visit to various Govt. Institutions/ offices in the village - Pre - lunch session – • Visit to Talathi and Police Patil office , • Dialogue with village level grievance redressal committee (Tanta MuktiSamiti) Post - lunch session – • Formal acquaintance with working of various village level committees and discussion with committee members • Visit to NGOs working in the village , SHGs and Bankers and formal discussion regarding their working and daily affairs.

  7. Day - 04 Pre - lunch session – • Visit to MGNREGA Site and Social Audit with reference to the work done, Post - lunch session – • Visit to ‘SANGRAM’ Unit in the Village Panchayat • Details and outcomes of Welfare Schemes for Weaker Sections in the village and discussion with the beneficiaries.

  8. Day - 05 Pre - lunch session – • Dialogue with Block Level Officers from various Government departments ; Post - lunch session – • Meeting with local Elected Representatives including ZP member/PS member and to know their views and concepts regarding developmental issues; • Visit to Role Models in the Farming, Business Practices and Innovative Activities in the Village

  9. Day - 06 • Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) • Cultural Programme

  10. Day - 07 • Presentation on development plan of village based on SWOT Analysis made by trainee officers ; • Vote of Thanks and Farewell/Validation
