  2. Step 1- First Sentence Creation a. What is your title? Example: Designer, Coach, Small Business Owner, etc. b. List your Personality Traits: Choose at least three c. Combine them: a) Title + b) Personality Traits. Example: Business Coach + Supportive, Direct and Hardworking d. Flip them around and create your 1st sentence: 1st Sentence- Example: I am the most supportive, direct, hard-working business coach you’ll ever meet. Your Business In WordsTM NancyGanzekaufer.com 2

  3. Step 2 – Second Sentence Creation a. Who is your ideal client, YOUR target for all marketing? Be clear and concise. Example: Couples, business women, brides, etc. b. Define what problem you help solve or what you are great at. Example: I help you- Design a beautiful environment, create business success, etc. c. Combine them: Your Ideal Client + Problem You Solve. Example: Creative entrepreneurs + Get More Sales d. Make a compelling sentence: 2nd Sentence- Example: I help creative entrepreneurs close more sales and create the life and business they have always wanted and deserve.   4. Step 3 – Third Sentence Creation a. How do you do it? What you do? What is your skill set? What are your services? Example: I train clients in confidence, goal setting, mindset, marketing, sales via one-on-one coaching or group calls, webinars, worksheets. b. ADD ENTHUSIASM!!! Example: I love what I do! Seeing my clients succeed is so rewarding! Get’s me so excited! c. Combine 3a & 3b to make a sentence: 3rd Sentence - Example: I train clients in confidence, goal setting, mindset, marketing, sales via one-on-one coaching or group calls, webinars, worksheets and seeing my clients succeed is so rewarding!
