Elementary Roof Repair, Pre-K Drainage, & Heating Upgrades • Tremco Roof Coating • $77,000 actual cost of work to be completed • $121,968 final cost estimate • Randy Harmon • Pre-K Drainage Repair • $15,000 actual cost of work to be completed • $19,801 final cost estimate • Randy Harmon • Digital Heating Control System • $594,000 • Randy Harmon and Aaron Barkley (BCS)

  4. Camera Project • How many cameras do we currently have? • Pre-K Building 10 cameras • Bus Garage 2 cameras (outside only) • Bolivar Building 48 cameras • Richburg Building 37 cameras • 33% of the cameras at the Bolivar Building currently do not work • View Current Camera System

New Camera System Proposal • Replace ALL cameras currently installed • At least 62 of our current cameras would not be compatible with the new system • Proposal from February 2011 recommended keeping 35 of the cameras, however we recommend getting all new cameras • Add new cameras for a total of 150-175 cameras district-wide

  6. New Camera System Configuration • Important that we install a system that can be supported by BOCES • New IP Camera System • Runs on CAT 6 cable and fiber of our network so much faster than current system. • Will operate on one big server • Currently runs on 5 different servers • Software and web based • Accessible from anywhere, not just workstations

  7. Cost of New Camera System • Proposal from February 2011 • Cameras/Software, etc. $240,000 • Wiring (BOCES) $22,000 • Additional expenses needed $238,000 • We will need to add approximately 50 cameras to this proposal • Additional wiring • Additional wireless hubs and access points • Upgrades to PA/Security System
