Judicial Branch • What the Judicial branches job to do is interpret and apply laws, Also judges whether the laws are connected to the U.S. Constitution and another thing is once judges are appointed for life they are free from executive control. To be in the judicial branch you have to be at least 30. People in the judicial branch can keep there job until they retire. The executive branch can remove judges through impeachment, senate approves appointments of judges.
Executive Branch • The executive branches job is to propose laws to congress, makes sure that laws are followed, Commander in Chief Executive of the Military. To be in the Executive Branch you have to be at least 35 years old, be a U.S. resident for 14 years, and must be a U.S. born citizen. You can serve in the branch for at least 8 years or 2 terms. The judges can judge the executive branches actions to be unconstitutional. The legislative branch can over president veto with 2/3s vote, the senate also approves treaties.
Legislative Branch • What there job description is that they have make laws for the nation. There in charge of making and passing laws. To be a senator you have to be at least 25yrs for house of rep. and 30 for senate also you have to be a U.S. citizen for 7yrs for rep and 9yrs for senate.
