  3. Three pros • Geothermal energy is very useful in a widespread spectrum of temp. and volume. • High grade geothermal can produce electricity • Low grade geothermal can heat homes

  4. Three cons • “ring of fire” boundary zone of developing countries within this zone, energy source, such as geothermal, could cause a loss to national economies by reducing the need to import hydrocarbon fuels. • Earthquakes and volcanoes
