Katlin Loux • Katlin was a young, innocent 17 year old girl. • Her so called friends soon turned her back on her. • They called her names like weird or crazy. • She was teased for not partying, drinking, smoking with her friends • She tried to kill herself twice. The first attempt her parents arrived on time but the second she hung herself in her home
Jaheem Herrera • A fifth grader, eleven-year-old • A shy kid • Called gay • A good kid with straight A's and B's • Hung him self in the closet with his belt • "Burmudez said she thinks her son felt like nobody wanted to help him.... Nobody stood up and stopped the bullies" • People should off stand up or help Jaheem
Rebecca Ann Sedwick • She was an innocent 12 year old girl. • She was cyber bullied by 15 girls at her middle school. • The messages she received was like "go kill yourself" or "why are you still alive." • Her last message was to a 12-year-old boy in North Carolina which was, "I'm jumping. • She then went to an industrial cement silo and jumped off.
Lennon Baldwin • Lennon Bald win was a 15 year old freshman student in Morristown High school in Morristown New Jersey. • He always being beaten, robbed and threaten by a group of boys • He killed himself with a shotgun
Purpose • To inform • To let you know your not alone • To let you know that you should stand up for others if this happens • According to the national bullying survey, more than half of those who reported being bullied had been physical hurt (parents reported over 71%) 34% of those physical hurt required attention from a doctor or hospital.
