Toucan Behavior • Like Parrots, Toucans fly in straggling flocks, one after the other, rather than in compact bands. • They also prefer to be in high trees, where they enjoy to hop from branch to branch. • They bathe in pools of rain water in hollows high trunks and limbs. • They offer food to their companions and, perching well apart, preen them with the tips of long bills.

  3. Toucan Diet • Their diet contains fruit , insects, lizards , and sometimes eggs.
