Hierarchal Needs Chart Revised Problem Statement After weighing all the customer needs, the desired electric toothbrush model needs to be above all portable, then versatile, then user friendly, and lastly reliable. These needs reflect the customer’s desire for a travel electric toothbrush, not an advanced home toothbrush.
