  4. SBA’s Mission Maintain and strengthen the economy by enabling the establishment and viability of small businesses.

  5. Current Staffing • 66 PCRs in 28 states covering 255 buying activities • On-site at 19 of the Top 50 activities • 25 of the 66 perform other-than-PCR functions • Certificates of Competencies (COCs) • Size Determinations • Subcontracting compliance reviews • Small Business counseling

  6. Enhanced Program • Each PCR is full-time – performs PCR function • As vacancies occur, place PCR on-site at the buying activity • Fill actions in process • Performance Measurement • # of Acquisitions reviews • # of Form 70s (appeals issued) plus Goal Achievement (3 yr. trends)
