The 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) provides compensation for any individual (or personal representative of a deceased individual) who suffered physical harm, illness or was killed as result of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Eligible claimants, or certain family members of victims, may submit their claims for compensation. All claims have deadlines based on the facts and circumstances of the claim. <br>With a few exceptions, all claimants seeking compensation from the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund need to enroll in the national World Trade Center Health Program.
