Our teachers use students as experts, e.g. grade 6 student may go into a grade 3 class and assist the teacher or students on an activity. Our students also PD teachers on certain ICT skills / knowledge afterschool, eg. GPS training A lot of reassurance goes to teachers that it’s okay for their students to have better ICT skills and knowledge then them. Teachers must notfeel threatened by this fact!!
