  5. Identify examples of responsible citizenship using quotes and small group discussions. Each group receives a card with a civic value. Read the quote and discuss the meaning of the civic value. Share with class. Each group receives a scenario card. Discuss what is best thing to do and which civic value is exemplified. Share with class.
