SEPTEMBER RECRUITMENT DRIVE VISION: A vast majority of Community college administrators will belong to ACCCA and find the professional development programs and member benefits indispensable. GOAL: Double current membership by providing services and benefits that guarantee member satisfaction.
September Recruitment Drive • Campus Reps MUST talk about membership • Include a membership item in your agenda • Contemplate what you’re doing to increase membership on your campus/district • Campus Reps MUST plan ahead for recruitment • Make contact with each potential member • Schedule a meet and greet or host a membership informational session • Campus Reps MUST communicate with ACCCA • Look over monthly membership reports
Sponsor or Participate in a Regional Activity! • Utilize already scheduled events on campus • Host a topical workshop or an informal meet-and-greet • Great time to pitch ACCCA • ACCCA can assist with event costs or planning • ACCCA can assist in bringing in presenters

WHAT’S NEXT? • Receive materials via email • Review Potential Member List & Actual Member List - make edits • Return edits to Greg by 9/7 • Visit the Campus Rep page online and download materials • Communicate the value of ACCCA membership to potential members: distribute September newsletter, brochure, recruitment letter • Make contact with your potential member list colleagues by 9/16 • Follow up with potential member list colleagues by 9/30 • Refer to ACCCA office folks that need additional push
