How Far We’ve Come Cell phone technology has come a long a way and is still growing. Compared to the first cell phone, modern cell phones are smaller, more advanced and more reliable. Cell phones used to be the size of a normal house telephone but now they can fit in the palm of our hands. The only people that had cell phones when they first came out were business men but now almost every person in the United States h-as one.
