History and the Timeline of Cell Phones • Motorola Inc. Patents the “Handie-Talkie” 22 May 1951 This helped aid American Troop communication during the WW II.
Leonid Kupriyanovich develops the LK-1 Radiophone. 1 Jan 1957 Soviet engineer Leonid Kupriyanovich intrudes the LK-1 Radiophone. The mobile device consists of a handset with a rotary dial and a base station that plugged into existing telephones lines.

Pros Cons • Cell phones are there just in case of Car Accidents, medical conditions, and when your traveling alone can necessitate contacting someone. • Cell phone use while driving can be a big distraction. 25% of car wrecks happen because the user was distracted by cell phone usage.
Conclusion • Cell phones are a very useful source these days. • I’m very thankful for cells phones. • Without them I honestly don’t know what I would do if they were never invented. • CELL PHONES , CELL PHONES, CELL PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!
