Implementation Update - General • Implementation Planning Day 3 held December 3rd; • SLA with Atos Origin signed November 2008; • Copy available if required; • Slides presentation delivered to Data Sharing Managers; • Implementation processes continue to be reviewed and updated with Atos Origin as part of move towards service delivery model; • Joint visits made to DSPs/Agencies with PIOD to discuss Community Care Outcomes; • Continued requests from other policy areas for information on and potential involvement in eCare;
Implementation Update - General • Increased involvement in classic adapters programme; • Olm and Anite Programme Boards re-established – Implementation Manager Chairing the former; • Increased involvement in the Appliance project to ensure technical aspects dovetail into implementation continues; • Close working with Design Authority continues regarding updates to the Matching Tools and Viewer; • Viewer workshops planned for Dec/Jan; • Visits continue to DSPs;

Implementation Update - DSPs • Ayrshire & Arran: • Migration to v1.1.3 planning advancing well – planned cutover by end January 2009; • Western Isles: • Migration to v1.1.3 progressing well, with local agencies taking the lead; • Tayside: • NHS Tayside eCare adapter due December 2008; • Active implementation technical workshop planned January 2009; • Expected to be sharing live data around April 2009; • Orkney: • Initial workshop for PARIS adapter – 10th December;
Implementation Update - DSPs • Forth Valley – in active implementation for eSSA: • Expected to go live with eCART early 2009 – this is a slippage from December due, in part, to local resourcing issues; • Sharing of live data reported as now not being expected in the current financial year – to be verified at next project board 12 December 2008; • Grampian: • Have been informed that Aberdeen City Council will now be the first to connect; • Slippage due, in part, to movement of dates of olm adapter installs; • Meeting with senior management required to consider some requests arising out of CPM business requirements;
