Ingredient • 1 catty beef, ½ onion（chop） • 1 carrot, ½ radish ------＞ (A) • 4 tbsp. wine, 1 ½ tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tomatos, ½ tsp salt ------＞ (B)
Method • 1. Cut the beef into cubes, blanch them and remove • 2. Fry chopped onion in 3 tbsp. oil, stir with (B), then put the beef in and cook for 20 min. • 3. Add (A) and stew for half an hour, thicken with cornstarch mixtrure.
