An Effective Research-Based Strategy • Provides organization, rules and procedures. • Builds positive relationships • Gets all students actively engaged • Develops deep thinking skills • Helps students master content • Is rooted in sound learning theory • Improves teaching, learning and achievement
The sooner you get learners engaged the better they do. No engagement --- no learning.
Inductive learning gives student the power to figure out their world. It is required by the for all grade levels

(Hypothesis) • Now read to verify or refute your claims based upon evidence from the text. • Write for three minutes about what you believe your team should address this year in your school.
