  3. EAST GRINSTEAD 2013 • WHEN? • MONDAY June 3rd TO FRIDAY June 7th • WHAT TIME? • ARRIVE AT SCHOOL NORMAL TIME • MEET IN THE GYM WITH YOUR BAGS BY 8.45 • RETURN BY 3PM ON FRIDAY

  5. WHAT DO I NEED • SEE KIT LIST • NO PHONES/GAMES/IPODS ETC • NOTHING EXPENSIVE • OLD CLOTHES • MEDICATION: in a named envelope • NO MORE THAN £5 • PACKED LUNCH AND SNACKS • NO SUGARY/FIZZY DRINKS

  6. Kit List • PACKED LUNCH FOR THE FIRST DAY • WATERPROOF JACKET • SLEEPING BAG (AND MAT) • PLENTY OF OLD WARM CLOTHING E.G. LEGGINGS, TRACKSUIT BOTTOMS, JUMPERS • COMPLETE CHANGE OF CLOTHING (INCLUDING FOOTWEAR) FOR KYAKING • SMALL AMOUNT OF SPENDING MONEY (£1 A DAY MAX) • TOWEL & WASHKIT • DRINK BOTTLE/FLASK • TORCH AND BATTERIES • BINLINERS • HAT AND GLOVES • SPARE PAIR OF ROUGH SHOES, BOOTS OR TRAINERS • SMALL RUCSAC • SUNBLOCK • KNIFE, FORK, SPOON, PLATE, BOWL, MUG (UNBREAKABLE) • SNACKS E.G. CHOCOLATE BARS ETC.

  7. TENTS • 4 OR 5 PEOPLE PER TENT • ONLY ALLOWED IN YOUR OWN TENTS • SILLY OR POOR BEHAVIOUR: REMOVED FROM YOUR TENT • BED TIME APPROX 10.00 -10.30 • WAKE UP 7.30

  8. MEDICAL & DIETRY NEEDS • HAND IN ANY NAMED MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS TO YOUR GROUP LEADER • IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN OR HAVE SPECIAL DIETRY NEEDS TELL ME AT END OF ASSEMBLY
