  2. Who is Dynargie ? Founded in 1982 by Philippe Graff, Dynargie is expert in Organisational Development, Human Performance Development and Motivation. Its mission is to help organisations and individuals to take into account and optimise the “human side of business” for building competitive advantages and sustainable results. We reinforce these very special ingredients of success which are teamwork, team spirit, and motivation through a very specific approach called “group coaching”. The main reason behind Dynargie’s success is that “group coaching” works because people do change their behaviour lastingly. Apart from “group coaching”, Dynargie offers a number of other approaches to improve performances (individual coaching, 360° feedback, traditional training, workshop facilitation etc.). Another reason for Dynargie’s success is that a client will get the same top level service WHEREVER and WHENEVER it is delivered in the world. Dynargie consultants belong to different cultures. They all have successful management experience and they regularly attend perfectioning sessions where they put themselves into question again and again. The last success factor has been Dynargie’s strong culture based on four main values shared by all its consultants: EMPATHY, POSITIVE ATTITUDE, COURAGE, QUALITY. These values have been selected twenty five years ago, and they still guide everyone’s action today.

What is a peak performing management team? • A peak performing management team is a team who possesses the ability to achieve impressive results, not just once or twice but repeatedly, consistently. Our findings about high performance teams are based on twenty four years of experience, observing, analysing and developing teams to high performance level in different cultures throughout the world, in the private sector as well as in the public arena. • In studying high performance teams we have concentrated on understanding why and how they perform at their best. What we have discovered is: • that high performance teams are not composed of geniuses but ordinary people • that these teams have common traits which make them unique in making high performance possible in a consistent way. • If a team leader is looking for high performance he/she should identify and understand these common traits in order to make sure that they become the characteristics of his/her own team. • He/she should also manage himself/herself in a way to be perceived as a model by all members of the organization. How? • Providing a report and complete reply to this question is precisely the objective of this workshop.

  6. Workshop Facilitator: Philippe GRAFF Philippe Graff is a specialist in Management and Communication Training and Consultancy. After secondary school in France and Switzerland, he attended the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris where he graduated in 1964. After post-graduate studies at the Sorbonne (Sociology), he joined SANDOZ SA in 1968. There, he started the company’s department of economic studies before holding various positions in the field of international marketing in Switzerland and abroad. Philippe Graff moved into Management and Communication Training and Consultancy in 1978. In May 1982, he founded Dynargie. Dynargie training and consultancy operations are now carried out throughout Europe in twelve languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Greek, Russian and Turkish). He has experience in running training courses and workshops at top level for large companies and International Organisations. Philippe Graff is a Swiss citizen. He speaks French and English fluently.
