The testbed • Testbed includes • ANATTA Cluster – Thai National Grid Center (Thailand) • 6 Intel Xeon Dempsey 4 Intel Xeon Woodcrest – 40 CPUs • 10 nodes 40 CPU • 4GB memory each • GUAVA Cluster – NGO (Singapore) • 7 Intel Xeon 2.2 – 2.4 GHz – 14 CPUs • 512MB – 1.5GB memory • MYBIOGRID Cluster – MIMOS (Malaysia) • 17 AMD Opteron 848 – 68 CPU • 8GB memory each

Software architecture • Each cluster install a set of Grid software/middleware and 3D rendering software to allow remote job execution between site • Globus (GT2.x or above) • SCMSWeb 3.2 • Povray • Job submission will be done from single server (gcc.thaigrid.or.th) • Web portal is available • http://gcc.thaigrid.or.th:7070/gridsphere/gridsphere
