  2. I have seen or heard from so many people that they are so curious about their weight. Some people want to lose weight or some people want to gain weight. People started going to the gym and exercising. According to the research, People with heavyweight have more chances of heart stroke, diabetes, and other health complications. But people are always confused about what we should eat. So, I would like to talk about the food that we should eat in terms of weight loss or weight gain.

  3. But sometimes people started skipping their breakfast, lunch or dinner. As per the sources, People skipped dinner because their dinner is not good to consume, and most people who want to lose weight just avoid dinner. In terms of weight loss, Fruit and vegetables are good for a healthy life.
