  2. Our body needs special care from us because our body is engaged in many different jobs at the same time. As we all know, our body has different parts and organs to function and work. Let’s take an example if we are at office or job, our body works physically and mental both. Same like this, our body is busy at the same time with many different jobs. This is why it’s important to take care of our health. Most of the studies show that, In the 20th century, people are very busy with their work and like either it is a job, family, career or anything else. They can’t take care of their health and one of the most important factors is the bad habits adopt by the people.

  3. There are few Bad habits that people should avoid to live a healthy life: • 8 hours of Sleep - Sleeping plays an important role for a healthy lifestyle. According to many studies, it is confirmed from many different doctors and organizations that if we don’t complete 8 hours of sleep per day, it started affecting our body. Our mind and body feel tired every time, we lose control from many other diseases and can’t concentrate on our work. Work load, Pressure, stress, and so on occurs because we skip our 8 hours sleeping habit and instead of that we just sleep for 5-6 hours per day, which is not good for our health.

  4. Eat Healthy - Healthy Eating habits are the one of the most essential parts for a healthy life. Fresh fruit and veg is the best food to maintain and work properly. Fruit and veg are the good source of many beneficial nutrients that our body needs and balances everything. They contain nutrients such as Vitamins, Minerals, fiber, antioxidants, Carbohydrates and many more. By consuming more fruit and veg, it will help our body to reduce the risk of many health problems like cancer, Diabetes, Heart problems, and so on. This is why it’s recommended to eat fruit and veg more. • Exercise - Exercise helps our body to provide many benefits. It helps in weight loss, Reduce the risk of health diseases, strengthen bones and muscles, Active and energize you all day long.

  5. These are the bad habits that people should really quit and start living a healthy life. These are the very easy and the best way to protect us from any serious health problems.
