About Besan ki sabji (no onion garlic) Recipe<br>Besan when cooked and sauted in oil becomes so tasty to eat. Kids like to eat without gravy as well. Ingredients to make Besankisabji • Ingredients to make Besankisabji • I cup and 1/2 tbspBesan • 1 tbsp Curd • 1 medium sized chopped Tomato • 2 medium sized chopped Onions • 2 minced Green Chillies • 6-7 pieces of Garlic cloves • 1 tsp Turmeric powder • 1 tsp Cumin seeds • 1 pinch Hing • 1 tspgaram Masala • 2 tsp Red Chilli powder • 2 tspdhaniya powder • 2 tbsp Oil for making curry • Oil for deep fry • Salt to taste • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
How to make Besankisabji • In one cup besan add 2 cup water,1 small spoon oil,1/2 spoon haldi powder,1/2spoon jeera and baking soda and mix it well • Add the batter into a kadhai and stir it on medium flame regularly • When batter becomes thick then put off the flame • Take a greased plate and spread the batter into it • When it cool cut it in barfi shape
