Low Impact Development Low impact development is a comprehensive land planning and engineering design approach with the goal of maintaining, as the minimum, the pre-development hydrologic regime in a watershed. This technique shall be allowed provided the following criteria is met.

Commercial Site Development • Porous Pavement • Green Roof • Swales in Lieu of Storm Sewers • Etc.
Residential Subdivision Development • Natural Green Belts • Reverse Drainage (front to back) • No Storm Sewer System • No “Conventional” Detention • Increase Permeability of Yards • Etc.
