The main objectives of the project • Protection of Balaton lake and Zala river. • The reduction of a load is the phosphorus and nitrogen. • It is the complex treatment of sludge. • Extending the regional sewerage pipelines. • The public utility is the closing of scissors. • Improving operation safety.

Prior information of the new archeological institution about the work sites. Selection procedure of operator. The procuring of own part (10%) of the small municipalities. The previous developments cannot be repaired!

Public Procurement Strategy (wheter prize competition desirable or not?). 4. Good relationship with beneficiaries, managing authority and intermediate body. 5. Solving sustainability problem. 6. Uniformed Prize policy in the agglomeration. 7. Efficient PR (Public Relation) activity. 8. Satisfactory motivation of HR (the Structure of Implementing Body).
