  2. Aim: To introduce learners to Effective Strategies supporting teaching within Adult learning. Learning Outcomes: By the End the of session the learners will: • Be able to identify and discuss roles and responsibilities of a Teacher • Understand the process of the Teaching/Training Cycle (Teaching, not Learning) • Relate learning styles to teaching strategies, including Teacher Centred and Learner Centred • Be introduced to Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle (Learning, not Teaching) • Understand how to prepare a safe environment for your learners • Research and share findings of Legislative requirements for Teaching • Understand the requirements for Assignment 2 • Reflect on own learning RALS
