  2. HOW MUCH IS IT TO MOVE IN? Regardless of marital status, each adult must fill out an application to live in Park Meadows. A $50 application fee must be paid for each application. Residents are required to pay an additional $100 for the community's administration and another $100 for the reservation of an apartment. Payment Method Accepted Check Money Order Credit/Debit Card

  3. PET POLICY AT PARK MEADOWS Those living in Park Meadows Condos will be happy to know their pets are welcome. However, no pets are permitted (permanently or temporarily) in the apartment or apartment community unless otherwise stated in writing. Two pets max per home. A policy that treats dogs as though they were people's property does not apply to service animals that help people with disabilities. The following payments, deposits, records, and paperwork are required An additional $150 pet deposit is required but is fully refundable (per household) Non-refundable A Pet Costs $150 (per household) Rent for each household pet is $30 per month.

  4. INSURANCE AND LEASE OPTIONS The minimum lease period available at Park Meadows Condos is 6 months, while the maximum is 15 months. When May 1st rolls around, the monthly rent includes personal liability insurance. Tenants should consider purchasing insurance, but it is not mandatory.

  5. IS THERE A FEE IF I TERMINATE MY LEASE EARLY Yes, there is a two-month penalty for breaking the lease early. Within 60 days of the 60-day notice, the resident must pay the lease termination fee and the usual rent due. At the same time that the lease termination fee is paid to Washington Quarters, any discounts or concessions applied during the current lease period must be repaid. 760.238.0438
