Wednesday 12th June • Children to arrive at school at 8:45 on the 12th June • The children will go into the KS1 hall with their cases. You are welcome to wait on the playground to wave the coach off • The children will need a packed lunch to take with them for that day. • The journey is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes

A typical day: • Breakfast: 8:30 am • Activity 1: 9:30-11:30 • Activity 2: 11:30-1:00 • Lunch: 1:00pm • Activity 3: 2:00-3:30 • Activity 4: 4:00-5:30 • Dinner: 6:00pm • Evening Activity: 7:00-8:30

Kit List • Please make sure your child arrives at 8.45am on Wednesday morning of 12th June. The kit list details what the children will need. Whitemoor Lakes’ advice is that your clothes may get dirty, so don’t bring your ‘best’ clothes. They also suggest that tracksuit bottoms are good for activities but please avoid leggings, jeans, skirts and open-toed shoes.
Kit List information: • Suitcase or holdall: • No school uniform! • 7 changes of underwear • 7 pairs of socks • 3 pairs of trainers or lace-up plimsolls (one to get wet, one to get muddy and one to keep reasonably clean) • 4 pairs of old trousers (jogging bottoms are best) • 5 T shirts (at least one long-sleeved for archery) • 1 jumper or fleece • Wash kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, flannel, shampoo, roll-on deodorants only) • 4 named carrier bags for muddy shoes and dirty clothes • Sunglasses, sun cream and sun hat • Pyjamas • 2 towels • A packet of sweets (no chewing gum) • A named disposable camera (preferably with a flash-handed in on 26th June) • Optional: cards or other small travel game which isn’t electronic
Kit List information: • Suitcase or holdall: • Hand luggage: • A packed lunch for Wednesday • A kagool or similar waterproof • Medicines (named, with dosage and time to be given) • A small plastic water bottle to refill each day which is clearly named • A packet of biscuits to share with the group (no nuts please) • A named purse or wallet (£5 in coins)
Kit List information: • Please ensure everything is clearly marked with your child’s name. Please remember that your child must be able to carry their own luggage and that they are only away for a few days. It is not advisable to take watches, jewellery or expensive items on the trip. Mobile phones, electronic games and digital cameras are not allowed. • We aim to be back at school between 3.30 pm and 4.00 pm on Friday 14th June. We will send a text informing you of a more accurate time of arrival on Friday afternoon.
