Delivered Updates to RTF, presented Jan, May and June Ventilation Specifications Approved June 2011 These are the remainder of the retrofit specifications, approved line-by-line by subcommittee Effective April 2012 (plenty of time to train the utilities) 3-year revision cycle begins immediately after adoption.
