  4. Our Previous Hiring Process… • was very site-based, • was based in part on who you knew and/or where you had been (i.e. nepotism), AND • left some doubt as to whether the “best” candidate(s) was/were being hired.

  5. Our New Hiring Process… • provides for District-wide input, • recognizes that “diversity” comes in many different forms, AND • makes us more confident that we are hiring the “best” candidate(s) within our candidate pool.
