Currently writing COTSEN Grant to help cover costs of on-site coaching for this year. PTA has generously supported with $5,000. • Continue to focus on school wide CGI Implementation in grades K-3. • Using Ipads as an instructional tool. Beginning stages of implementation. • HOMEWORK – how does our nightly homework align with our vision?

Continued PTA Support & Focus • $5,000 dedicated to support writing efforts • $37,000 allocated for additional aide support –RtI support teachers, math intervention • $20,000 purchased first Ipad Cart with 36 Ipads • $300 Classroom Reimbursement for teachers • $650 Field Trip allocation per grade level
