Iam learning about space, these are things I have learned about so far. Venuses atmosphere is mostly carbon dioxide which is made up of a green house gas that traps the sun’s heat and raises it up to 900 degrees. The sun is in the center, its gravity binds the solar system together. Did you know mars is a baring planet with striking geographic features? Milky way formed about 4 and a half billion years ago when gas and clouds collapsed into a dense mass. The mass began to spin and flatten into a disc. Leftover dust and gas continue to whirl around the sun. The closest planet to the sun is Mercury; a relatively small planet known for its extreme temperature. Mercury’s temperatures can reach up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit minus 300 or so at night. By: Braydon Gilbert Solar System 1

Crust: You can get pretty warm or cold Earth’s layers Did you know that the Earth has 5 layers in it? -crust -outer mantle -inner mantle -core Outer Mantle: It is like 150 degrees down here! Core: I am pieces of ashes and I cant feel the temperature Inner Mantle: Now I am burning my skin in this 500 degrees pot! 4
