The UDC and Waterstones Work Based Learning Community of Practice • Waterstones identified 9 tutors to assess student work and provide support • Each completed Supporting Work based learning programme – 40 credits at level 6 designed specifically for in company tutors • Links to virtual community of practice – resources; discussions, conference opportunities to support and develop learning in the workplace. • Share ideas and best practice
