What do we get in return • Painting done for • Building exterior • Building internals – Passage near lifts, ducts, staircase • Parking area / ceiling • Club house (internal / external) • Swimming Pool walls • Compound walls • Life of the paint – 7 to 10 years
What do we get in return • Other • Renewed club house with new equipments • Renewed water filtration plant • Water recycling plant • Improved fencing (barbed wire + increase height) • Repair of inter-blocking tiles in the premises • Swimming pool externals • Extra water lines + additional boring water (Ref the list of 18 activities) • Better valuation for the society
Important Questions • Is the builder un-reasonable? • May be – he is getting benefited as he has 50% of his inventory yet to be cleared for C building • Should we worry about it? • No, we should only look at benefits we get in return for the price we are paying • Can we simply refuse to pay? • Yes, we can… In that case, he will do a very superficial job in everything… • We will be forced to take up the activities ourselves within the next 2 years anyways
