  5. Its never bad to maintain dairy. - Check out time you waste & how you can avoid that. - Be delighted to use the time efficiently as its merely a sand that flows from hand.

  6. Manage Interruptions - It is inevitable that interruptions come. - Avoid the unnecessary things and better focus on your own work. • Prioritize tasks - Constantly prioritize the tasks and responsibilities. - Better keep deadlines for the tasks on to-do list.

  7. Schedule tasks- - Good Balance comes from proper scheduling. - Whether you feel like or you don’t , work according to schedule. • Manage wait times- - Don’t waste time when waiting for an appointment. - Engage in doing something productive.
