Target audience children - bright colours and cartoon character Brand – Lucky Charms Sparkly showing luck and excitement, Irish connotations Character Leprechaun, associated with friendly and lucky Irish Colours – Lots of colours to show excitement and fun Layout / Layering – Copy at forefront to show new improvements, followed by character to show excitement and images of fun cereal Icons - bold images of cereal showing the variety and different shapes and fun objects. Copy / USP New bigger marshmallows Fun and exciting cereal that is unique and appeals to kids Theme – the Irish connotations, lucky and in your face fun
Brand – Bright, bold and name of maker. Ties in with the name of cereal Target – women who are interested in health and keeping in shape Copy – nutritional information 2% fat targets healthy eaters and Colours – red and white and best for advertising. Simple, sexy Layout/Layering The key picture is the brand, the slight picture at the side reminds us of slim waist. Shows natural ingredients. Themes Health and natural Minimal and trendy Icons The natural ingredients to show that it comes from corn to flake with nothing else. USP – 2% fat One of only cereals who have 2% fat.
