How To Protect You And Your Family - COVID-19

Social distancing and staying at home helps to stop the spread of COVID-19. We are enhancing access to telehealth services so that our members can get the care they need while avoiding community spread of the coronavirus and helping reduce pressure on the healthcare system. We are waiving member cost share (copays, deductibles, coinsurance) for telehealth visits by in-network providers, not just those on the Capital BlueCross Virtual Care app. We are monitoring the disease threat and working with health professionals and government agencies to coordinate our efforts. Stay home when you are sick. The situation across the globe continues to evolve.
