2 Sharing in the reflection papers • Reflection papers and notices of gatherings are dropped into the members’ post box 10 days before the gathering. • Members are encouraged to read through the reflection papers. • During gatherings, members will take turns to read the content and are encouraged to share their life experiences relating to the papers. • Members especially the seniors, with their wealth of knowledge, have a lot to share with other members and members learn from each other.
3 Reaching out to the sick and aged • Leader will inform members during gatherings and make appointment to visit the sick and the aged. • In urgent cases, leaders will telephone or send text messages to members to say chain prayers for the sick. • During gatherings, members are encouraged to offer up their petitions and to pray for the sick, aged and lapsed as we believe in the power of group prayers.
SUCCESS • Members are willing to share their experiences, as such, gatherings are lively. • Through the sharing, members become closely bonded. • Senior members are free of family/work commitment hence they have more time to attend gatherings and visit the sick and aged.
