These are all of your classes. Click on each class to view. This is one of your current classes
The program allows you to filter students by hand or criteria
This column shows the student’s name, whether they are on or off track, their IEP and ELL status, and their grade and cohort year
Compare this year’s absence trend with last year’s to identify whether or not the child is creating an attendance pattern. Please remember the second column only shows the attendance year to date
This column shows the number of credits the student has received as well as a breakdown by content area. It also shows their regents scores for each exam taken.
This is the legend to explain the symbols used as designations. This information is at the bottom of each screen.
Focusing in on One Student-left click on a student’s name from your roster At the top of the individual student screen is Bio and Attendance information
Located right under the Bio and Attendance information is the Credit and Assessment Summary. This section gives you information on credit accumulation and assessment. Regents scores are given as well as the scores for standardized tests that were taken in grades 3-8
Assessment Details Click on the name of the student you wish to learn more information about.
Assessment Details Continued Assessment Details Click on Assessment Details for a break down of student’s academic history.
Located under the Credit and Assessment Summary is the student’s current program and their contact information The current program information contains the class section and code and their teacher for that subject The contact information provides current contact information as well as the person authorized to make decisions.
Above the Attendance section left click on attendance details This shows you the actual dates the students was absent This shows if a 407 was opened A 407 is generated if a child is absent 8 consecutive day A 407 is also generated if a child is absent 21+ days in a semester
How to Search for a student, staff member or school Search for: Content Staff Student School Step 1: Click on the search descriptor Step 2: Type in who or what you are searching for Step 3: Click on Search
Add Students To Your Group Select any student from any of your classes by checking them off. Once you’ve selected your students, add to your group.
