Seven Step Process 1. Registration ** 3. Hold 4. Redeeming 5. Actualised 6. Manual Authorisation 7. Finalised Redemption of Superannuation Funds 1. Registration - The data entry of the redemption request details into the APS 2. Eligibility - The process of ensuring that an Investor has provided sufficient information which proves that they are eligible to access their Superannuation Funds 2. Eligibility ** 3. Hold - The request for more information from an Investor so as to prove that they are eligible to access their Superannuation funds 4. Redeeming - The process of converting Managed Funds & Shares (Investor assets) into cash 5. Actualised - The requested sum (dollar amount) of Superannuation funds is completely converted from Managed Funds & Shares into cash 6. Manual Authorisation - The preparation of Bank Files/Cheques so that funds held in cash can be transferred to the Investor 7. Finalised - The redeemed funds and attached correspondence are forwarded to the Investor ** Step 3 (Hold) is to be omitted if the Investor has proved themselves eligible to access their funds in Step 2 (Eligibility)

You may have noticed that they are not in their correct sequential order. Place the steps in their correct sequential order and record your answers on page 6 of your participant notes Hold - The request for more information from an Investor so as to prove that they are eligible to access their Superannuation funds Manual Authorisation - The preparation of Bank Files/Cheques so that funds held in cash can be transferred to the Investor Eligibility - The process of ensuring that an Investor has provided sufficient information proving that they are eligible to access their Superannuation Funds Finalised - The redeemed funds and attached correspondence are forwarded to the Investor Actualised - The requested sum (dollar amount) of Superannuation funds is completely converted from Managed Funds & Shares into cash Registration - The data entry of the redemption request details into the APS Redeeming - The process of converting Managed Funds & Shares (Investor assets) into cash
The following details are extracted from Investor Redemption Form and entered into the APS • The remainder of the details on this screen • automatically populate on the APS • This includes the Exit Status R REGISTRATION 1. Registration Client Name & Account Number 2. Eligibility Exit Type; Drawdown or Closure 4. Redeeming Date Investor signed the Redemption Form 5. Actualised Total Amount Requested. Only required if Drawdown 6. Manual Authorisation Exit Status 7. Finalised 1. Registration - The data entry of the redemption request details into the APS 1. Registration 3. Hold
1 Registration • If the Investor states that they are Retired on their Redemption form, then they are Eligible to redeem their funds. • The Exit Reason is stated as RT - Retirement on the APS • In this instance the Superannuation Redemption Request proceeds to Step 4 - Redeeming • If the Investor does not state that they are Retired on their Redemption form, then the Superannuation Redemption Request proceeds to Step 3 - Hold 2. Eligibility 3. Hold 4.Redeeming Exit Reason Retirement 5. Actualised 6. Manual Authorisation 7. Finalised 2. Eligibility - The process of ensuring that an Investor has provided sufficient information which proves that they are eligible to access their Superannuation Funds 2. Eligibility
1. Registration • If the Investor has not stated that they are Retired • on their form, the Superannuation Redemption Request • Exit Status is shown as H HOLD on the APS • When the Investor forwards proof that they are Retired • to ASGARD, the Superannuation Redemption proceeds • Step 4 - Redeeming 2. Eligibility 3. Hold Exit Status 5. Actualised 6. Manual Authorisation 7. Finalised 3. Hold - The request for more information from an Investor so as to prove that they are eligible to access their Superannuation funds 3. Hold 4. Redeeming

This Step is reflected by the Exit Status of A ACTUALISED on the APS • A report is run each day which identifies the Superannuation Redemption Requests that are Actualised • These requests proceed to the Manual Authorisation Step 1. Actualised - The requested sum (dollar amount) of Superannuation funds is completely converted from Managed Funds & Shares into cash 5. Actualised 5. Actualised
