  3. Introduction of Village Röszke • location at the South part of Hungary • in the West-South direction from Szeged • situated at the Hungarian Serbian border • 3402inhabitants • important border crossing point

  4. Telecenter in Röszke • Telecentre works from 1999 • Owner: Kaláka Hagyományőrző Association (Name means: Save your tradition in Röszke) • Previous host of some underlying IT course, mainly for seniors and disadvantaged people

  6. Aim of the meeting • to introduce the finshed curricula, which is focusing on using of digital camera, photo processing and publishing photos

  7. Participants • 12 persons attanded this meeting • attendants =key persons who assist to select 20 course participants

  8. Course structure Empowerment Meeting 1Introduction, learning methods, photosafari, practical exercises and idea café

  9. e-learning sessions Lesson 1: Warm-up, socialising and use of virtual classroom Lesson 2: Digital cameras and further tools – hardware Lesson 3: Photo processing – software tools Lesson 4: The art of taking photos Lesson 5: Publishing your photos Lesson 6: Practical tips

  10. Empowerment Meeting 2 • (after 2 weeks) • Sharing results, experiences, photosafari, practical tips, idea café, networking • e-learning:2 months • Project work, virtual idea café • International collaboration and exchange

Suggestions • training curricula and related IT service would be available in native language • introduce program structure, operation mechanism (moodle) and a help deks required • some hungarian web page should be get together (apart from english ones) • different photo themes required via competition, exhibition or appereance in the local newspaper (eg. family, work, nature, living place etc.),
