Direct and Indirect Evaluation Outcomes • Direct Outcomes • Data based on student performance • Observational data • Qualitative data from focus groups • Indirect Outcomes • Data from processes part of model
Systems Level – Sustainability& Fidelity- Indicators of Independence • Observation at Schools in Year 2 & 3 • Are they implementing components on their own? • Develop rating scale with rubric for implementation? • Quality of meetings? • How much are teams relying on data for decision? • Still conducting progress monitoring for Tier 2 and 3 at the defined schedule? • Still conducting grade level meetings with same regularity?
Progress Monitoring- Changes- Are they implementing in lag schools
