  1. I uninstalled the driver for “TSW1400”. Then when I connect the “TSW1400” to my computer, it is detected but the computer can not install the driver for it. The four “TSW1400” USB ports are recognized as “DAC5682”.

  2. In this case, the “FT_Prog” can not detect the “TSW1400” neither.

  3. Then I install the driver for the TSW1400 manually.

  4. Then the USB ports of “TSW1400” can be well installed and be recognized as “USB serial converter” in the device tree.

  5. Then in the FT_Prog, it has the same situation as I mentioned in the last response. The FT_Prog can find the device but it can not read anything from the EEPROM.

  6. When I try to erase the device by clicking on the lightning bolt, it returns this dialog. So I don’t know how if I can erase the device without scanning?

  7. In addition, In FT_Prog, I saw this dialog and I think that the program recognize the connected device as “DAC5682 A/B/C/D”… Maybe it is the problem?
