How? How can we improve this situation and let researchers focus on higher order activities while still supporting a wide array of vital and engaging faculty inquiry?
Gathering requirements • Faculty should have easy access to data • Held focus groups with faculty to elucidate shared questions re: student outcomes • Expressed desire for timely access to data, sense of disconnect • Cohort tracking as a theme of focus groups “How are my students doing after they leave my class?” • No off-the shelf product that did cohort tracking
